Track competitor price changes automatically
Checking a competitor’s pricing page by hand doesn’t scale — by the time you notice a price drop or a new promotion, you’ve already lost the window to react. Most teams either check manually every few days (too slow) or build custom scraping scripts (too much overhead for one page).
Point Web Change Monitor at a competitor’s pricing or product page, and optionally use the visual element picker to track just the price itself instead of the whole page — so a rotating banner or “last updated” timestamp doesn’t create noise. Choose how often to check, as often as every 15 minutes, and you’ll get an email the moment the price changes, showing exactly what changed.
How to set it up

(Optional) Use the visual element picker to track just the part of the page you care about, instead of the whole thing.

- 5
Get an email the moment it changes, showing exactly what’s different.
Frequently asked questions
How does website change monitoring work?
You add a URL and choose how often to check it, from every 15 minutes to once a day. We fetch the page in the background on that schedule and compare it to the last version we saw. If anything changed, you get an email showing exactly what changed.
Can I track just one part of a page, like a price?
Yes. Use the visual element picker to click the exact part of the page you care about — a price, a stock badge, a headline — instead of the whole page. That way you’re not notified about unrelated changes, like a rotating banner or a "last updated" timestamp.
How will I be notified when something changes?
By email by default — and you can also connect Slack, Discord, or any custom webhook from your account settings, then choose per monitor which channels to use. Every notification shows what changed — removed text struck through, new text highlighted — so most of the time you won’t even need to open the dashboard.
How often can a page be checked?
You choose the frequency per URL: every 15 minutes, every 30 minutes, hourly, every 6 hours, or daily.
Is Web Change Monitor free?
Yes. You can monitor up to 5 URLs at no cost, with no credit card required.
